Job Description

We're Hiring: Video Editor (13 Yrs Experience)

On-site | Pune

Edit videos that go viral. Create content that trends.

Who We Are

What You'll Be Doing

Editing high-impact reels, influencer content, ad creatives, and brand videos
Cutting to trend, using fast-paced transitions, hooks, sound drops, and meme edits
Repurposing influencer raw footage into multiple high-performance short-form edits
Using
AI video tools
(Runway, Pika, Veo, TopView, etc.) for quick prototyping and motion ideas
Collaborating with content, design, and brand teams for campaign execution
Building edits that feel native, hit algorithm signals, and don't look like ads

Requirements

13 years of professional video editing experience
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic motion), CapCut or similar
Strong understanding of
reel-native editing style
punchy, scroll-stopping, quick-hook formats
Basic understanding of AI video tools (we'll train further if you're curious and fast)
Good taste, fast hands, trend sense

Bonus Points

Past work in beauty, grooming, fashion, or D2C
Thumbnail design or ad creative experience
Interest in scripting hooks & visual storytelling
