Role Overview

As a Video Editor at Roarr Media, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form.

video content — mainly Instagram Reels (60 seconds) — that reflect our creative and professional

standards while helping clients build authority online.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver 2–3 videos per day, each up to 60 seconds in duration.
• Every video must include relevant clips, required animations, transitions, and graphics, subtitles

(accurate, synced, and styled as per brand guidelines), color correction and grading, and

background music (brand-appropriate and copyright safe).

• Submit videos for internal review (Head of Editing / Project Manager). After in-house approval,

share with the client for feedback and clearance. Implement revisions promptly before closing the

project.

• Follow Roarr Media brand guidelines (fonts, colors, style, formatting). Ensure correct resolution,

aspect ratio, and platform optimization (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Double-check sync, spelling,

subtitle accuracy, and flow before delivery.

• Report directly to the Head of Editing. Coordinate with fellow editors, videographers, and creative

strategists. Be a team player, contributing ideas and supporting during high-volume days.

• Any leave must be pre-planned and approved in advance. Ensure a backup plan for assigned

client videos before taking leave. In emergencies, immediately inform the Head of Editing and

Project Manager.

• Work timings are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Maintain organized archives and

backups for all projects. Accept feedback positively and implement revisions quickly.

Performance Expectations

• Consistently deliver 2–3 complete 60-second videos daily with all required elements.
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal team and clients.
• Maintain Roarr Media’s creative quality, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Demonstrate accountability in workload, deadlines, and leave management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
