Video editor

As a Video Editor at our Video Production Company in Chennai, you will be responsible for shooting videos using cameras and gimbals both indoors and outdoors. You will also edit videos for various purposes such as reels, ads, weddings, corporate films, and social media. Your role will involve performing color correction and grading, adding music, captions, titles, and transitions to enhance storytelling, as well as coordinating with the production and content team on concepts. It is essential to manage footage backup efficiently and meet deadlines consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Shoot videos using cameras & gimbals (indoor + outdoor) - Edit videos for reels, ads, weddings, corporate films & social media - Perform color correction & color grading - Add music, captions, titles & transitions to enhance storytelling - Coordinate with the production & content team on concepts - Manage footage backup and follow deadlines Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (must) - Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (added advantage) - Experience in camera operation & gimbal handling is mandatory - Creativity in planning trending reel content - Good sense of timing, rhythm & storytelling Who Can Apply: - Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in video editing & camera handling - Viscom / Multimedia graduates preferred (not mandatory) - Individuals passionate about reels, content creation & filmmaking In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-quality video production projects in a friendly and creative work environment.
