Perks & Benefits Annual performance-based salary increases Paid Time Off Health and dental coverage or a health stipend depending on location Work from home Opportunities for growth and advancement Work Schedule Full-Time, Fully Remote Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and produce dynamic creative assets Design and edit video content, graphics, and visuals for websites, social media, ads, and email marketing Manage and organize design assets and maintain version control best practices Balance multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines Contribute ideas that elevate brand aesthetics and campaign performance Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and/or graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Klaviyo, and/or Canva Strong portfolio showcasing your visual storytelling and digital design work Awareness of platform-specific trends and best practices for social and digital content Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles Internet & Tech Requirements Stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps via LAN (wired connection) Own laptop or desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM Ready to create with a team that values your creativity and supports your growth?
