Position Overview: We’re on the hunt for a skilled and imaginative Video Editor to join our content team. This role is for someone who knows how to tell a compelling story through visuals, understands the rhythm of editing for social and branded content, and can adapt quickly to different aesthetics, formats, and client voices. Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, websites, ads, and brand stories Create dynamic cuts, montages, reels, and short-form videos that align with brand tone and strategy Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and content producers to bring ideas to life Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and text overlays where needed Maintain brand consistency across different video projects and platforms Manage post-production timelines and deliver assets in multiple formats and sizes Source and sync music, B-roll, and licensed assets when necessary Stay current on editing trends, platform-specific formats (e.g., TikTok, Reels), and tools Requirements: 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency or creative studio preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite Strong storytelling instincts and a sharp visual eye Experience editing content for social-first campaigns and digital platforms Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and file management best practices Excellent communication and feedback incorporation skills Bonus Points If You: Have motion design or animation experience Can shoot or direct basic video content Are familiar with color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve Have a reel or portfolio that shows a range of work across clients and formats What We Offer: A creatively charged work environment Opportunities to work on bold, boundary-pushing content for diverse brands Creative freedom and collaboration A team that values your eye and your edits How to Apply: Send your resume, portfolio/reel, and a quick note on why you’d be a great fit to ashimawork19@gmail.com or call 7340883220 with the subject line: Video Editor – Ashima Vaish Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,570.08 - ₹19,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
