Video Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, a solid understanding of visual composition, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling video content. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Add graphics, motion elements, subtitles, and sound effects as needed.

• Work with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver within deadlines.

• Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, etc.).

• Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and adherence to style guides.

• Collaborate on video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.

• Manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and back up data regularly.

• Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.

• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, color grading, and sound design.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

• Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
