Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, walkthroughs, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver visually compelling content.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, background music, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all video outputs align with campaign objectives and creative direction.
Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and real estate marketing styles.

Requirements

02 years of experience in video editing (experience in real estate or lifestyle content is a plus).
Strong command over
Adobe Premiere Pro
and its tools (color correction, masking, transitions, sound editing, etc.).
Basic knowledge of
After Effects
or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms.
