Role: Full-time Video Editor & Creative Lead
Location: Remote (Nagpur)
Experience Required: 2+ years
Salary: Based on experience and portfolio
What You’ll Do:
Own the editing pipeline for both ads and organic content across platforms (Meta, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Use Premiere Pro and After Effects to build polished, scroll-stopping content
Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to translate briefs into solid visual stories
Contribute to scriptwriting, moodboards, treatment plans, and campaign planning
Lead the R&D vertical for visual trends, new formats, and content styles across healthcare and hospitality sectors
Manage timelines and coordinate with junior editors or freelancers when needed
Handle multiple projects without dropping quality or momentum
Be part of brainstorms, reviews, and final project discussions, not just editing in isolation
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of editing experience
Strong command over Premiere Pro and After Effects
Bonus if you know your way around DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or Blender
A portfolio that shows both creative flair and campaign utility
Comfortable leading and collaborating; we don’t micromanage, we build leaders
Not just an executor, we want someone who thinks about content in context, not just frame by frame
A genuine interest in healthcare or hospitality content is a huge plus
Open to non-traditional education backgrounds (UG or 12th pass is okay if your work speaks loud)
