About the Role

Video Editor

on-site at the brand’s office

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit
Reels, short-form videos, and product clips
for Instagram and other social platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to
ideate video concepts
that match the brand’s tone and strategy.
Handle
end-to-end video production
– from setup, shooting, and lighting to editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
Add engaging
text animations, captions, music, and transitions
to make videos trend-worthy.
Maintain an organised archive of raw footage and project files.
Stay updated with the
latest social media trends, formats, and editing styles.

Requirements

Proven experience in
video editing and shooting
(Reels/Short-form content preferred).
Proficiency in tools like
Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and rhythm.
Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and camera operation.
Ability to meet deadlines
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a good understanding of
Instagram aesthetics and engagement psychology.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in
product shoots
,
interview-style videos
, or
brand storytelling.
Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
for thumbnail or post creation.
Familiarity with
UGC-style or influencer-style video trends.
