Job Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join Product Space, an EdTech startup helping shape the next generation of product managers through real-world learning. In this role, you'll collaborate with our content and marketing teams to transform raw footage into engaging video content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our internal learning modules. From storyboarding to editing, animations to audio mixing you'll play a key part in bringing our brand and stories to life.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Turn raw footage into polished videos aligned with our brand tone and audience.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, music, and sound effects where needed.
Work with the content team to understand briefs, storyboards, and desired messaging.
Suggest visual enhancements and storytelling ideas to improve content impact.
Manage and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Stay updated on current video trends and platform best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in film, media, design, or a related field (or strong portfolio/work experience).
Previous experience in video editing, preferably in an EdTech or startup environment.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop.
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation techniques.
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audio syncing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with other teams.
Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail are a must.
