Role Overview

We’re looking for a Pro Video Editor

podcasts and long YouTube videos

Key Responsibilities

• Edit

  podcasts

  (multi-cam sync, audio cleanup, adding intro/outro, highlight reels).
• Edit

  short-form content (Reels and Shorts)

  with pacing, captions, and visual appeal.
• Use

  Adobe After Effects

  for advanced polish (motion graphics, text animations, transitions).
• Explore and apply

  Gen AI tools

  (image generation, AI-driven VFX, creative assets for video).
• Collaborate with creative direction team to maintain

  consistent storytelling and style

  .
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Adobe After Effects

  (motion graphics, transitions, text effects).
• Familiarity with

  Generative AI tools

  (image/video generation — Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.).
• Experience editing both

  long-form (podcasts, YouTube)

  and

  short-form content (reels/shorts)

  .
• Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing

  podcast edits and short-form content

  .
