Role Overview We’re looking for a Pro Video Editor who can work across both short-form and long-form content . The role requires strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for clean edits, After Effects for motion graphics, and an openness to using Generative AI tools (image & video generation) to push creativity forward. You’ll be editing everything from podcasts and long YouTube videos to engaging reels and social content , while also experimenting with AI-driven creative elements . Key Responsibilities Edit podcasts (multi-cam sync, audio cleanup, adding intro/outro, highlight reels). Edit short-form content (Reels and Shorts) with pacing, captions, and visual appeal. Use Adobe After Effects for advanced polish (motion graphics, text animations, transitions). Explore and apply Gen AI tools (image generation, AI-driven VFX, creative assets for video). Collaborate with creative direction team to maintain consistent storytelling and style . Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro . Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, transitions, text effects). Familiarity with Generative AI tools (image/video generation — Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.). Experience editing both long-form (podcasts, YouTube) and short-form content (reels/shorts) . Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling. Portfolio showcasing podcast edits and short-form content .
