Our platform reaches users through large-scale performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, aimed at driving app installs. We're seeking a talented promo/content writer with a flair for performance marketing to help us craft compelling video ads that deeply resonate with our target audience.

Position Overview-

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who can collaborate closely with our writers and marketing teams to produce both long-form (30–40 minutes) and short-form (up to 2 minutes) video ads. Your work will focus on creating visually captivating and emotionally engaging video content that attracts users and drives installs for our shows. The ideal candidate will use data insights to iterate on content performance and contribute meaningfully to improving click-through rates (CTR), user retention, and reducing Cost Per Install (CPI)

Key Responsibiliies-

• Edit and produce engaging long-form and short-form video ads tailored for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Work with writers to develop ad scripts that align with performance marketing goals
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to refine creative direction based on data-driven insights
• Analyze performance metrics to continually enhance video content effectiveness—CTR, user retention, CPI
• Optimize video assets for maximum engagement and distribution reach
• Leverage AI-based video creation tools (such as Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, Vidu) to enhance video quality and efficiency
• Use image and video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator

Required Skills-

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax
• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize creative performance
• Native-level fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English
• Proven ability to create attention-grabbing, high-converting video content for social platforms
