• Collaborate closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to develop and execute creative video concepts.
• Ensure all video content aligns with Onefinnet’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Optimize video formats for various social media platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram to maximize audience engagement.
• Organize and manage video assets for efficient access and reuse in future projects.
• Stay current on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in video editing and production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading.
• Excellent visual storytelling abilities with a keen eye for pacing and composition.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating animation or explainer videos.
• Knowledge of social media marketing trends and platforms.
