If reels, ads, motion graphics, and brand visuals excite you — and you want to grow with a startup — this role is for you.This is a full-time, on-site role in Thane.Your Role - Video Editor & Graphic DesignerYou’ll be a core part of our creative engine. From Instagram reels to ad creatives and brand videos, you’ll shape how My FNG looks and feels across platforms.You won’t just “edit.”You’ll create, experiment, and scale content.What You’ll Do

Video Editing & Content Creation • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and long-form content • Colorcorrect & grade videos for a premium, scroll-stopping look • Add music, sound effects, transitions & captions • Turn raw ideas into high-impact content🎥Motion Graphics • Createanimated text, icons, and visual effects • Designintros, outros, and ad animations • Experiment with trending formats and transitions🎨Graphic Design • Designsocial media posts, ad creatives, thumbnails & banners • Maintain brand consistency across all creatives • Support video content with strong static designs🤝Startup Collaboration • Work closely with founders & marketing team • Brainstorm content ideas and campaign visuals • Move fast, iterate fasterWhat We’re Looking For • Stronghands-on experience in Video Editing & Graphic Design • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator • Good sense of color, typography & motion • Creative thinking + attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks & tight timelines • Interest in digital content, reels & ads • Automotive experience is a bonus (not required)Why You’ll Love Working With Us• 🚀Startup environment — fast growth, real ownership</p>• 🎯Your work goes live, fast (no endless approvals)</p>• 📈Learn branding, performance content & marketing</p>• 🤝Work directly with decision-makers</p>• 💡Freedom to experiment with new ideas
