The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing sales teams. This role involves daily engagement with key stakeholders to expand the company’s market presence and achieve revenue targets. Qualifications Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities Leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams and driving performance Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

If reels, ads, motion graphics, and brand visuals excite you — and you want to grow with a startup — this role is for you. This is a full-time, on-site role in Thane. Your Role - Video Editor & Graphic Designer You’ll be a core part of our creative engine. From Instagram reels to ad creatives and brand videos, you’ll shape how My FNG looks and feels across platforms. You won’t just “edit.” You’ll create, experiment, and scale content.
