As a UGC Video Editor at our fast-growing e-commerce startup located in Centura Square IT Park, Thane, your role will involve editing 10-12 short UGC-style ads daily for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. You will be expected to replicate the fast, fun, and scroll-stopping vibe of viral ads. Collaborating with media buyers, fellow editors, and our Creative Head, you will create content that is not only engaging but also converts effectively. Staying updated on trends, hooks, and pacing is crucial to produce scroll-stopping content. You are encouraged to take ownership of your work and ensure that each video feels organic, high-energy, and addictive. Key Responsibilities: - Edit 10-12 short UGC-style ads daily for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook - Replicate the fast, fun, and scroll-stopping vibe of viral ads - Collaborate with media buyers, other editors, and the Creative Head to produce converting content - Stay updated on trends, hooks, and pacing for creating engaging content - Take ownership of each video to ensure it is organic, high-energy, and addictive Qualifications Required: - Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and quick tools like CapCut (or similar) - Experience in editing for paid social ads (Meta/TikTok) - Natural sense of trends, rhythm, and storytelling - Obsession with creating content that drives clicks, conversions, and sales - Must be willing to work from the office located in Thane and available for immediate joining In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 per month based on skills, you will also receive performance-based bonuses directly impacted by your edits.
