Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor based in Indore. The Video Editor will be responsible for daily tasks such as video editing, adding motion graphics, and grading video colour. They will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our clients' brands and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging and high-quality videos tailored for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Work on both long-form content (e.g., tutorials, vlogs, podcasts) and short-form videos (e.g., reels, ads, and promos).
• Use software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects to produce polished videos.
• Apply modern editing techniques such as dynamic transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and pacing that capture attention.
• Organise and manage video assets, ensuring proper file naming, versioning, and backups.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm video concepts and ensure brand consistency.
• Deliver edits that align with the client’s or brand’s tone and style.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with social media platform requirements (aspect ratios, lengths, and best practices).
• Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and pacing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
