Job Description

The selected candidate will serve as an additional resource to support the team in creating more content and enhancing overall content quality and reach.

Key Responsibilities

Be skilled in capturing high-quality videos

Tailor video formats for different purposes-pitch videos, founder stories, impact reels, educational explainers, etc.

Have experience in creating short-form content (reels, shorts) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Understand trends in content formats, especially within startup, education, or impact-driven sectors

Be able to work with raw footage and creatively stitch together compelling storylines

Have a strong eye for detail, smooth transitions, and audio-video sync

Be proactive, creative, and capable of meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

Be comfortable with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc

Have solid knowledge of lighting, framing, and visual storytelling (a must)

Manage file formats, export settings, and video optimization for web and mobile

Work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Handle multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive and self-driven approach

Experience with AI tools for editing or scripting will be considered a plus
