✅ Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience (including freelance/internships)

• Based in or around Tiruchengode, Erode, Coimbatore, Namakkal, Salem (highly preferred)

🛠 Required Tools & Skills

• Mandatory: Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Express), DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Wondershare Filmora, Gilmore

• Good to Have: CapCut, InShot, VidMate

• Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, transitions, sound design & storytelling

• Creative storytelling with strong visual sense

• Ability to edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate projects

• Attention to detail with good sense of pacing, rhythm, and aesthetics

• Self-motivated with excellent communication & collaboration skills

• Adaptable, quick learner with strong time management

🧑‍💻 Work Mode

• In-office: Mandatory for candidates from nearby areas

• Hybrid/Remote: Considered based on location & interview performance

💡 Stipend & Internship Pathway

• 1-month probation followed by a 2-month training period (no stipend during the first 3 months)

• Stipend eligibility begins from the 4th month, subject to satisfactory performance during training

• If performance does not meet expectations, the internship will remain unpaid for up to 6 months

• Final stipend amount will be determined upon successful completion of the internship, based on overall performance and contribution

• Internship completion will be recognized with a Certificate, and exceptional performers may receive a full-time employment offer
