Inteligenes is seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designing & Video Editing Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in graphic design principles, video editing techniques, and industry-standard software. You will help learners develop both technical expertise and creative confidence to succeed in professional design and media careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions for students on Graphic Designing and Video Editing (both online and offline).
• Teach software tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (for graphic designing)
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro (for video editing)
• Design and deliver structured lesson plans, practical assignments, and live projects.
• Guide students through portfolio development and project work for interviews and placements.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, student evaluations, and performance assessments.
• Support the placement team by preparing students for job interviews and real-world design challenges.
• Create and update training materials, presentations, and tutorials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• Strong command of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding creative learners.
• Ability to manage diverse batches of students and maintain an engaging classroom environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

• Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D animation, and visual effects (VFX).
• Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing visuals.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
