DesiPod is a fast-growing podcast channel with 20,000+ subscribers and counting! We host powerful conversations with creators, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. Now, we’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to help us take our content to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit long-format video podcasts with clean cuts, smooth transitions, and clear audio.
• Create scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Teasers) from our podcast footage.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, music, b-roll, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
• Work closely with our creative team to align content with the DesiPod vibe and brand tone.
• Keep up with trending audio, formats, and storytelling styles on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Who You Are:

• You know your way around Adobe Premiere Pro along with After Effects, Canva & Photoshop
• You’ve edited multi-cam podcast content or YouTube shows before.
• You understand what makes content hook in the first 3 seconds.
• You're detail-oriented, creatively driven, and can meet deadlines with ease.

Bonus If You:

• Have worked with personal brands, influencers, or YouTube channels.
• Know basic audio clean-up and color correction.
• Can do basic animation or motion graphics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Video Editing: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Marathi (Required)
• Hindi (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
