Responsibilities

• Edit video content, including cutting, assembling, and fine-tuning footage to create polished, final products.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and execute the vision.
• Perform color correction and basic color grading to enhance the visual quality of videos.
• Implement sound design, music, and special effects when necessary.
• Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless continuity within video projects.
• Maintain an organized workflow with clear project files and consistent naming conventions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing.
• Meet project deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or motion graphics or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve or Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, and storytelling.
• Basic color correction and grading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional video editing and motion graphic software and tools.
• Familiarity with sound design and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of various video formats and codecs.
• A portfolio showcasing previous editing work.
