Job Title: Motion Plus Creative Video Editor Company: Growthzee – A Creative Marketing Agency Job Type: Remote / Work from Home Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based incentives additional) Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST Experience Required: Minimum 2 years About the Role: Growthzee is looking for a Motion Plus Creative Video Editor who can craft high-quality, engaging, and trend-driven reels for various brands and industries. If you are passionate about motion graphics, storytelling through visuals, and keeping up with the latest social media trends—this is the opportunity for you! Responsibilities: • Create 4 high-quality reels/videos per day for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms • Edit and animate content using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Capcut or similar tools • Adapt brand guidelines and creative briefs into visually appealing content • Stay updated with the latest video trends, transitions, and editing styles • Collaborate with the creative and content team for timely delivery Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, engaging reel-style content • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling • Ability to meet daily output deadlines while maintaining quality Perks: • Flexible remote working • Creative freedom and opportunity to work with diverse brands • Performance incentives based on output and impact How to Apply: Send your portfolio and resume to hr@growthzee.com Show more Show less
