Key Responsibilities

Create, manipulate, and edit training videos based on client specifications.

Attend client training sessions and produce videos in line with expectations and branding guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to define video flow and troubleshoot challenges during production.

Take accountability for timely and accurate task completion.

Work closely with stakeholders to improve content creation processes and delivery efficiency.

Understand training content and creatively visualize video outputs.

Maintain high-quality standards and ensure superior service delivery.

Take initiative beyond assigned work areas when required.

Technical and Functional Skills

Bachelors degree with 2+ years of hands-on experience in video creation and editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Final Cut Pro.

Experience with digital editing tools such as Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, etc.

Strong knowledge of video production and post-production best practices.

A portfolio showcasing expertise in editing and creative storytelling.

Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.

Understanding of timing, motivation, and continuity in video editing.

Creative vision with an eye for detail, color composition, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with SCM terminologies, Incoterms, import/export regulations is a plus.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to flexible work schedules.

Availability to support client inquiries outside of standard working hours when required.
