GAME is an EdTech startup founded by Gaurav Babu Sir, a renowned mentor, motivational speaker, and expert in Mechanical & Civil Engineering. We provide high-quality online classes for GATE, ESE, PSUs, AE & JE Exams, and are expanding into IIT-JEE and NEET Physics preparation.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to join our growing team and help us create impactful educational content and engaging promotional videos for students across India.

Role Overview

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing lecture videos, motivational talks, podcasts, reels, and promotional content. You will play a key role in ensuring our content is high-quality, student-friendly, and engaging across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw lectures, classes, and podcasts into polished, easy-to-follow educational videos.
• Create engaging short-form content (reels, shorts, promos) for social media.
• Add text overlays, infographics, animations, and visual effects to simplify technical concepts.
• Design attractive thumbnails, intros, outros, and branding templates.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats for different platforms.
• Collaborate with faculty, marketing, and social media teams to deliver content on time.
• Maintain consistency in editing style and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing tools, and social media algorithms.
• Organize video project files and maintain a structured content library.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (EdTech or digital content preferred).
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animations, and graphic design.
• Strong sense of storytelling, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and other social media content styles.
• Bonus: Experience in educational content, live streaming setups, or exam prep content.
