Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor & Live Stream Operator who also brings strong storytelling skills to the table. This role involves shooting videos, editing content, managing live sessions on YouTube and Instagram, and turning raw footage into compelling visual stories that connect with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Story-Driven Video Creation: Transform ideas and scripts into engaging visual stories with strong narrative flow.
• Video Shooting: Operate camera equipment for both scripted and spontaneous shoots. Ensure quality framing, lighting, and sound.
• Live Streaming: Plan and execute smooth, high-quality live broadcasts on YouTube and Instagram.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished content — adding voiceovers, music, transitions, subtitles, and brand elements to support the story.
• Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to enhance storytelling, structure, and pacing.
• Manage and maintain video and audio equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and live sessions.
• Keep up with trends in storytelling, reels, and digital video formats.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing, shooting.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and designing.
• Proficiency in editing software like Adobe After effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with YouTube live stream.
• Skilled in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lights, and microphones.
• A solid portfolio showcasing both storytelling and designing skills is required.

Nice to Have:

• Basic skills in motion graphics and graphic designing (After Effects or similar).
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram trends.
• Familiarity with multilingual content or regional storytelling styles.
