Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into clean, professional video deliverables for various formats
(TV, social media, ads, films, etc.)
Apply color correction and cinematic color grading across all types of content.
Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with cinematographers, directors, and designers to align on creative goals.
Maintain brand consistency and project deadlines across multiple assignments.
Optimize video files for various platforms
(YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Websites, etc.)
Manage and organize raw files, project timelines, and backup workflows.
Contribute creatively during brainstorming and pre-production discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci - Bonus)
Strong knowledge of
video editing
,
color grading
, and
motion graphics
Hands-on experience with graphic design
and content formatting for different platforms
A creative mindset with an eye for detail, pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience in a
media, creative agency

marketing team
is a plus
