Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor + Motion Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. You will be responsible for producing compelling video content and motion graphics across various platforms, contributing to brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
• Design and animate motion graphics (titles, transitions, lower-thirds, explainer animations, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize video campaigns and storyboards.
• Add visual effects, sound design, music, and color grading to enhance overall production quality.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
• Organize media files efficiently and maintain version control across multiple projects.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in video and animation.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, including audio mixing and color correction.
• Excellent storytelling, conceptualization, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of best practices for video across social media, digital, and broadcast platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Maya, Blender, or other 3D animation software.
• Knowledge of video formatting standards and current trends across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Basic production/videography skills (lighting, camera operation, on-site shoot support).
