Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual content that tells a story and engages the audience. This role plays a vital part in shaping brand communication, driving campaign impact, and delivering high-quality videos across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished final content with cinematic storytelling and seamless flow.
• Work on diverse projects including ads, reels, campaign videos and short film edits.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, designers, and clients to bring creative concepts to life.
• Add sound design, transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics where required.
• Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, and storytelling styles across YouTube, Instagram, and films.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a video editor (agency/studio/production background preferred).
• Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro (any combination).
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to adapt editing styles for cinematic films, social-first content, and brand campaigns.
• Creative thinker with the ability to suggest innovative edits, cuts, and transitions beyond the brief.
• Attention to detail and a positive approach to handling feedback.
• The candidate must be Nagpur-based.

Salary Range: 18000-21000
