Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with D2C experience, particularly in designing performance ads, social media content, and email marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of customer behavior in the D2C space, and a proven track record of creating visuals that drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Performance Ads Design: Create high-converting static designs for performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Focus on driving clicks, conversions, and overall campaign success. Social Media Design: Develop visually engaging content for Cureveda’s social media channels, including static posts, stories, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience. Email Design: Design visually appealing and effective email templates for various campaigns, including promotional offers, product launches, and newsletters. Ensure emails are responsive and optimized for different devices. A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement A/B testing on various design elements to optimize performance and achieve the best results. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that all visual content aligns with Cureveda’s brand identity and values. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest design trends, especially in the D2C space, and apply relevant insights to your work. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure that designs meet the strategic goals of the business. Iteration and Feedback: Respond to feedback and iterate designs to continually improve performance and effectiveness. Availability: Can join immediately within 15 days should apply Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance ads, social media, and email design in the D2C sector. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles for performance marketing. Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven design improvements. Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with a strong focus on ROI in design efforts. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines. Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
