You will be the visual heartbeat of our fan page, crafting tributes, analyzing scenes, and creating dynamic social media content that stops the scroll. The Role We Need You to Play (Responsibilities)

• Transform raw footage, existing film clips, and music into compelling, narrative-driven videos (Reels, Shorts, long-form tributes).
• Collaborate with our creative team (remotely) to brainstorm concepts that will electrify our audience.
• Manage the entire post-production workflow: from storyboarding and cutting to color grading, sound mixing, and adding dynamic graphics.
• Be the guardian of our visual style, ensuring every video feels authentic to the spirit of Akshaya pictures

Your Backstory (Qualifications)

• Experience:

  2 - 10 years of professional video editing experience. (We have a strong preference for talent in the 2-5 year range, but we are open to exceptional storytellers at any level).

• Skills:

  Mastery of professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). A strong understanding of social media video formats is essential.

• Portfolio:

  A stunning portfolio that showcases your ability to tell emotional stories and edit with rhythm.

• General:

  You must be intelligent, articulate, and possess fluent communication and collaboration skills.
