About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Video Editor to join our office team and work directly on our YouTube channel (finance, taxation, audit, and business topics). This is not just an editing role – you will be an essential part of content creation, ensuring every video looks professional, engaging, and audience-ready.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes) with smooth cuts, transitions, captions, and graphics
• Create high-CTR thumbnails aligned with professional branding
• Edit shorts/reels for cross-platform promotion
• Add intro/outro, text overlays, and motion graphics where required
• Maintain a fast and consistent editing workflow to meet deadlines
• Suggest creative improvements for better audience retention

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Thumbnail design skills (Photoshop/Canva or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of YouTube editing trends & pacing
• Ability to handle Hindi + English mixed content (subtitles, highlights)
• Understanding of YouTube SEO basics (good to have)
• Eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency

Who Should Apply
