The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with advanced editing expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for crafting premium-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver cinematic-quality videos for web, social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and advanced transitions to elevate video impact.
• Apply professional colour grading, sound design, and visual effects (VFX).
• Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute engaging content.
• Adapt video assets across multiple formats (ads, reels/shorts, explainers, webinars, brand films).
• Manage projects end-to-end while maintaining premium creative quality.
• Stay updated with modern video editing styles, tools, and global design trends.

Key Skills (Must-Have)

• Advanced Editing Proficiency: Mastery in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Ability to create dynamic intros, infographics, typography, and seamless transitions.
• Cinematic Storytelling: Strong sense of pacing, narrative, and emotional engagement.
• Colour Grading & Audio Design: Expertise in colour correction, mood setting, and professional sound mixing.
• Visual Creativity: Eye for modern design aesthetics, composition, and brand alignment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly collaborate and present creative ideas to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Arts, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience with a strong creative portfolio.
• Proven ability in motion graphics, animation, and cinematic editing techniques.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or corporate digital content.
• Skills in 3D editing, AR/VR video production, or immersive media.
• Familiarity with luxury/premium video aesthetics.
• Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating supporting visuals.
