As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in the creation of engaging and high-quality videos for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the video projects. - Gathering all media assets and importing them into editing software while ensuring proper formatting. - Using editing systems and equipment to work on video media and effects to bring the storyline to life. - Creating an initial storyboard draft for client approval before proceeding with digital alterations. - Enhancing video and sound quality using various editing software tools. - Incorporating music, interviews, sound clips, and other essential elements into the videos. - Ensuring that the finalized videos meet the formatting and presentation standards set by clients. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in film editing or a related field. - Proficiency in video and audio editing software. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative experience in filmmaking and videography. - Experience in editing various video projects with sound effects, music, and transitions. - Proficiency in creating concept boards and visual representations for video edits. - Excellent communication skills for effective project understanding and implementation. - Collaboration skills to work effectively with other creative professionals and deliver exceptional final products to clients. In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, proficiency in MS-OFFICE (Any Version) and strong English communication skills are required for this role.
