About the Opportunity

3SDM is looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor eager to build skills and deliver engaging digital content for multiple platforms. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career editors—if you’re passionate about visual storytelling and have sample work to show (personal, internship, or freelance), join us on our creative journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing videos for social media and marketing.
• Follow a structured, well-defined editing workflow so you’ll always know exactly what to do next.
• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics, transitions, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and The Creative Head to bring ideas to life.
• Optimize videos for distribution across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Apply strong design fundamentals to every project—color, composition, and storytelling matter.

• Guided onboarding: Direct mentorship and regular feedback from the Creative Head (your reporting manager) on all projects—especially as you get started.

Desired Skills & Profile

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; willing to expand skills.
• Good design sense and understanding of basic video storytelling principles.
• Portfolio, demo reel, or samples of past work required (from study, freelance, internships, etc.).
• Entry-level experience preferred—freshers welcome.
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
