About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and experienced YouTube video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should know how to create fast-paced, engaging entertainment videos that hold attention and drive views. From popular culture, on-location coverages, interviews, segments, V.O. stories, podcasts, multi-cam shoots, reviews, to influencer vlogs and challenge videos, you'll edit fun, fast-paced content that resonates with online audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 8–12 mins YouTube videos from raw footage (on-locations, interviews, reaction videos, etc.)
• Add music, SFX, transitions, B-roll, memes, captions, etc.
• Follow channel guidelines
• Edit short-form versions for on-locations, interviews, V.O. stories
• Enhance content with better edit skills. Graphics knowledge is a plus
• Work closely with producers and team members to shape narratives
• Stay aligned with YouTube trends and editing styles
• Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback

Qualifications:

• 1+ years editing content for YouTube or digital platforms
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut
• Strong sense of pacing, humor, and storytelling 
• Understanding of YouTube pacing, retention, and algorithm 
• Demo reel or portfolio of past YouTube-style work required

Bonus Points For:

• Motion graphics or After Effects experience
