Direct and shoot original videos, whether ita quick office reel, a team story, or a street-style finance sketch.
Edit short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Use AI tools (like MidjourneyVeo 3, Runway, etc.) to create smart video content.
Add the right effects, captions, music, and transitions to make videos pop.
Experiment with trends and formats that can go viral

What Were Looking For:

Someone whoconfident behind the camera and comfortable directing people
Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Knows how to shoot on a phone or DSLR and get the right shots
Bonus: Has dabbled in AI video tools or is excited to learn
Obsessed with timing, detail, and storytelling that feels fresh.
Can turn around edits fast without losing finesse
