Video Creative Production Intern

As a motivated and creative video production intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our creative team to plan, film, and edit photo and video content according to client requirements and briefs. You will play a crucial role in various projects, contributing to the development and execution of creative concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing. - Develop and produce visual content for various purposes such as promotional materials, websites, social media, advertisements, documentaries, events, or news coverage. - Plan and organize shoots by creating storyboards, shot lists, and schedules to optimize time and resources. - Maintain and troubleshoot cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition. - Edit and enhance photos and videos using software tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro to achieve desired visual effects and quality standards. - Manage post-production processes including color correction, audio editing, special effects, and video/audio synchronization. - Collaborate with clients, creative teams, or colleagues to understand their visual content needs and ensure alignment with their vision. - Organize and archive photos and videos, maintaining a well-organized digital library for easy access. - Ensure compliance with copyright laws and industry standards for image and video usage. - Stay updated on industry trends, equipment advancements, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and competitiveness. Requirements: - Proficiency in operating DSLR and/or mirrorless cameras, understanding of camera settings, composition techniques, and experience in capturing and editing high-quality visuals. - Familiarity with photography and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, along with knowledge of lighting equipment and accessories. - Strong creative and artistic skills for conceptualizing and producing visually appealing content. - Familiarity with mobile videography/photography. - Keen eye for detail and ability to capture and edit images or videos with precision. - Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and teams to meet visual content needs. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Adaptability to changing circumstances and environments, including different shooting locations and lighting conditions. - A strong portfolio showcasing your photography and videography work is often required to demonstrate skills and style. - Adherence to ethical and legal standards, especially regarding privacy and copyright laws. - Candidates located within a 35 km radius are preferred.
