About the Role • We are launching a stream of bite-sized Reels and deeper-dive YouTube lessons that demystify career and tech topics. • Your mission is to turn loose scripts into magnetic, front-camera talking-head videos—in both English and Hindi—that feel like a trusted friend sharing on a video call.. • If you can light up the lens with energy, pacing, and authenticity—and love experimenting with hooks, jump-cuts, and memes—you’ll thrive here. Key Responsibilities • Film handheld, front-camera Reels (15–60 seconds) that educate and entertain on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook. • Deliver long-form YouTube videos (5–10 minutes) that expand on each topic while sustaining viewer attention. • Record in at least 1080p with clear audio, good lighting, and dynamic framing; insert B-roll, on-screen text, and captions where needed. • Edit quickly in CapCut, Premiere Rush, or a similar tool, following platform-specific aspect ratios and pacing. • Iterate fast—absorb feedback, adjust tone or visuals, and lock final cuts within three revision cycles. • Organise raw footage, project files, and assets neatly in Google Drive and label clips for easy reuse. • Collaborate closely with instructional designers and growth marketers to align each video with learning goals and distribution strategy. Must-Have Qualifications • Confident on-camera presence in both English and Hindi with a conversational, relatable delivery style. • Ability to shoot solo with a modern smartphone or camera, basic mic, and ring or softbox lights. • Solid grasp of short-form storytelling: hooks, retention tactics, calls to action. • Basic video-editing proficiency (cuts, text overlays, transitions, audio levelling). • Reliable, self-managed, and deadline-driven in a fully remote setup. Nice-to-Haves • Prior experience creating educational or career-focused content for social media. • Familiarity with CapCut templates, Canva for thumbnails, and YouTube Studio analytics. • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithm signals and best practices. • Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio noise reduction, or motion graphics. • Comfort experimenting with AI tools for captions, B-roll generation, or voice-overs.
