As a Pre-Primary Vice Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the educational and administrative aspects of the pre-primary section. You should possess a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields, with additional qualifications such as a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Montessori training being highly valued. A Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) is usually required, with a specialization in Pre-Primary Education or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) preferred. With a minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience at the Pre-Primary level, including 2-3 years in a leadership role, you will be tasked with managing and motivating a team of teachers and staff to ensure high-quality teaching and care. Your strong communication skills will be essential in engaging with parents, staff, and young children in a supportive manner. Your understanding of child psychology and development will play a crucial role in creating age-appropriate learning environments and activities. You will be expected to manage the day-to-day administration of the pre-primary section, handle conflicts with professionalism, and utilize technological tools for educational and administrative purposes.
