We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Vice Principal with a strong academic background and proven experience in CBSE-affiliated schools. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of CBSE compliance and curriculum implementation, along with basic exposure to school administration. Experience in residential school settings will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Principal in academic planning, curriculum execution, and teacher development
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, documentation, and examination processes
  • Monitor academic quality, student assessments, and learning outcomes
  • Coordinate between academic and administrative teams for smooth school operations
  • Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of discipline, care, and academic excellence


Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CBSE schools, including leadership roles
  • Familiarity with CBSE affiliation, audits, and regulatory standards
  • Administrative experience in school settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in residential schools is preferred
