Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal located in Arani. The Vice Principal will be responsible for assisting the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing academic programs, monitoring student progress, managing staff performance, and liaising with parents and the wider educational community. The Vice Principal will also ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations, implement school policies, and support teachers in delivering high-quality education.

Qualifications

• Experience in school administration and leadership
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of educational standards, regulations, and policies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and the community
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
• Prior experience as a Vice Principal or other relevant administrative roles is preferred
