The role is with one of the Leading Insurance Firm.
VP & Portfolio Management & Strategic Alignment Lead will serve as a key partner to the Head of GRS CCO, driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, special projects, and transformation programs.
This role will lead the PMO function, ensure strategic alignment across the portfolio, enable leadership effectiveness, and embed robust governance and change management practices across the Capability Center Operations team. The role also includes direct leadership of a team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.

3. Strategic Leadership Support.
4. Change Management & Transformation Enablement.
- 17+ years of overall experience with majority of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or organizational change.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or Shared Services environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile
methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management frameworks and practices (e.g.
PROSCI).
