Vice President of Sales, Cardio-Diabeto Division

Role Overview: As the VP Sales & Division Head at Kollectcare Pharma, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy of the Cardio-Diabeto division. Your role includes driving sales and business growth for the newly launched product range in key northern states like UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, and NCR. Your expertise in market understanding, leadership, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in establishing Kollectcare as a trusted brand in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. - Drive market penetration of Kollectcare's Cardio-Diabeto portfolio in the assigned states. - Cultivate strong relationships with stockists, prescribing doctors, and channel partners. - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. - Monitor team performance and ensure consistent results. - Identify growth opportunities and market trends to design targeted plans. - Oversee doctor engagement programs and patient-centric initiatives. - Implement systems for sales forecasting, inventory management, and incentive planning. - Leverage market insights and data analytics for decision-making. - Provide regular business updates to senior leadership. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 12+ years in pharmaceutical sales leadership, focusing on Cardio-Diabeto areas. - Strong network and track record in UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Northern states. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. - Skills: Ability to build and scale pharma operations, leadership and team-building skills, strategic planning abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, deep understanding of Cardio-Diabeto market.,
