Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead business development initiatives to generate revenue in India
• Supervise team output and performance
• Develop client relationships and partnerships in the building, energy, and sustainability sectors
• Report to global leadership on performance, growth, and opportunities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Business growth and revenue generation experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
