As an Investment Counsellor (IC) at HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), your role is crucial in providing financial analysis and investment recommendations to customers with Funds under management of greater than INR 10M. Your responsibilities include: - Strengthening HSBC's reputation as a leading wealth provider by offering clients access to advanced technical product expertise. - Supporting Private Relationship Managers (PRMs) to build client trust in HSBC capabilities and enhance the quality of needs fulfillment. - Assisting PRMs in deepening client relationships by identifying their needs, suggesting relevant wealth solutions, and presenting solutions effectively. - Conducting portfolio reviews with PRMs, assessing product suitability, identifying opportunities, and managing risks. - Collaborating with PRMs in client meetings, providing technical advice, and enhancing their product knowledge through effective coaching. - Taking ownership of Investment Sales and Distribution business objectives like AUM Growth, Net Sales consistency, PRM productivity, and client coverage. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a Bank or Asset Management Companies. - Preferably an MBA from a reputed institute, Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or professional qualifications like CA. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven track record in productivity enhancement. - Demonstrated behaviors consistent with HSBC Values.
