Job Description

Technology Leadership:
Define the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Oversee all tech developments including product enhancements, integrations, and innovations.
Ensure adoption of best practices in software development, deployment, and maintenance.
Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Implement project management frameworks, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with business teams to prioritize and scope technical initiatives.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team, including developers, IT operations, and support staff.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
Ensure skill development and career growth plans for team members.
IT Operations & Deployment:
Oversee IT infrastructure, security, cloud deployments, and system integrations.
Ensure smooth deployment of products and updates, maintaining high availability and reliability.
Establish IT policies, governance, and compliance processes.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the key liaison between the technology function and executive leadership.
Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board on IT initiatives, performance, and challenges.
Collaborate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to enhance IT capabilities.
