Description
You will be joining the Global Capacity & Contact Management (GCCM) team within the Global Strategy and Enablement (GSE) organization at American Express. As the Vice President of Global Planning & Contact Optimization, you will lead a team responsible for operational outcomes and delivering results to the Global Servicing Group (GSG) across global markets. - Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a global team focused on optimization, capacity planning, and contact management - Establish strong relationships with key business partners within GSG - Ensure delivery of GSG servicing KPIs through real-time management - Oversee schedule optimization, short-term planning, and capacity plans for GSG - Facilitate hiring decisions through key metrics and data analysis - Influence critical business unit decisions through data analysis and scenario creation - Deep expertise in capacity management and real-time management - Ability to lead a multifunctional global team and manage relationships with senior stakeholders - Strong change management and operational leadership skills - Strategic thought leadership to analyze data and influence key decisions - Strong analytical skills to provide insights to customers and stakeholders American Express prioritizes the well-being of its employees and their families by offering a range of benefits and programs that support physical, financial, and mental health.
