Job Title: VP Finance & Accounts

Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Full Time

Timings: 12pm-9pm

Job Purpose:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervision of Accounts in Tally Software for various companies

Processing Payroll for various companies including Payroll related compliances.

Verifying Leave Data which impacts both Payroll and Billing

Reconciliation of all data across all companies including Bank Reconciliation

Ensuring timely compliance under various Acts including timely filing of returns

Monitoring the Budget and preparing MIS reports as required.

Excellent knowledge of GST compliances including filing refund application

Manage Export Invoicing and related compliances.

Liaison with Various external stakeholders like Bankers, Statutory Auditors, Statutory Department officials

Supervising Quickbooks accounting for related US entities

Experience: 7 to 9 years in

Tally Accounting Software & working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software

Handling Payroll Data

Compliances across various Acts, as applicable to the group companies

Excellent Knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Soft Skills:

Communication Excellent oral, written & Interpersonal Communication

Multi- Tasker Should be able to balance and prioritize work as required by the management from time to time.

Dynamic & Persistent approach to work

Ability to work independently.
